Initial Consultation

£125.00 + VAT – A 50 minute consultation to answer all your questions, advise and plan a way forward.

Cohabitation

Residing only. You have a strict 12 months from separation to raise your action and have it served on your Ex.

Attending Court

We can represent you in court for all Family Law related matters including emergency hearings requiring interim Orders.

Child Contact /
Residence

Advice depends on the circumstances including history with child, lifestyle, living arrangements, evidence and child’s opinion.

Notary Services

£50.00 + VAT per document signed. Call for a reduced price where there are multiple documents.
